CANCELLATION
Here at Sage and Strands, we understand life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Our stylists are commission based and want to respect our staff as well as our guests time. We ask for no less than 24 hours for you to notify us of any cancellation or rescheduling. Which will give us enough notice to fill your appointment time and we really appreciate the notice!
Cancelled services 24 hours prior to start of service will result in a 25% cost of the reserved service(s).
Failure to do so/ no-show appointments will automatically be charged a 50% service cost of the reserved service(s). Which also can result in being removed from future services.
For this reason, a card will be requested at the time of booking to keep on file and will be charged in any Cancellation or No-show situations.

*15 minutes later or more will result in a no/show fee.*
RESCHEDULING
For Rescheduling an appointment, we ask for a 24 hour notice as well, failure to do so will result in a automatic $50 non-refundable charge.
"FIX IT"
Sage and Strands offers a "fix it" appointment . We are happy to fix any problems with your service if notified within 72 hours of the original service. Please note that there is a difference between a “fix” and changing your mind. We will not offer a "fix it" after 72 hours from time of service.
REFUND POLICY
All Services are non- refundable and any dissatisfaction can be discussed within 72 hours for a "fix it" appointment.
RETURN POLICY
Any product you are unsatisfied with can be returned for in salon credit within 30 days of purchase and no less than 1/4 of the product used.
CONSULTATIONS
Each new extension client will be required to book an initial consultation appointment with one of our stylists to efficiently determine desired results. This also gives us a chance to meet you and for you to meet us! We know finding a new stylist can be a scary thing. This help eliminate that first visit anxiety. Each consultation has a non-refundable fee of $30.00.
