At Sage & Strands, we are committed to providing an exceptional guest experience while honoring the time and expertise of our stylists. Please review our salon policies before your appointment.
Our "Fix It" Promise
SERVICE satisfaction
If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of your original service. We will gladly schedule a complimentary “Fix It” adjustment with the same stylist who performed your service. Adjustments for a change of preference are not included.

CANCELLATIONS and rescheduling
We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedule requests.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% charge of the scheduled service.

No-shows: 100% charge of the scheduled service.

Arrivals later than 15 minutes may be considered a no-show.

All clients are required to keep a valid credit or debit card on file in order to book and hold appointments. This card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies listed below.

PRODUCTS and returns
Retail products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if no more than ¼ has been used. Returns will be exchanged for salon credit toward other retail products only. Credit cannot be applied to salon services.

CONSULTATIONS
All new extension clients are required to schedule a complimentary consultation prior to booking a service. If you miss your consultation without notice, a $30 no-show fee will apply.
